CHALLENGE
BSI’s global management teams meet annually for a three-day conference, and needed high-quality conference materials produced quickly. Although it was a formal conference, BSI also wanted a fun break-out session for 2011, with the theme ‘Leading for growth’.
SOLUTION
The creative direction for conference materials was influenced by an image of a tree shot looking upwards to symbolize leadership and growth. This was applied to the backdrop, PPT slides, pull up banners, name badges and conference agendas. For the informal break-out session, a market stall theme saw a modern building transformed into a mini-market where different BSI divisions held knowledge-sharing sessions.
Result
With a short lead time and a tight budget, the themed event was successfully delivered with excellent client feedback, drawing unanimous praise from attendees. Campaign Works have subsequently been contracted to handle full event production for the 2012 conference.
