Challenge
LivingWell, a UK-wide chain of 47 health clubs, had an outdated website. Whilst the brand had evolved, the website was not aligned with the new brand proposition and visual identity, and was essentially an online brochure.
Solution
Using research insights, we redeveloped the website’s information architecture, design and content. The new site is content management driven, enabling two-way communication with members and providing them with content to return for. Data is captured and analysed to determine LivingWell’s communications strategy. Integrated campaigns support the site and include PPC and SEO, banners, print advertising, print collateral, free guides and tools, blogs and local social event guides.
Result
The site now performs strongly as a sales and marketing tool. With a topical content offering, the website draws 30,000 unique visitors each month, with 1,000 resulting sales enquiries. The brand now enjoys consistency across its marketing communications.
